Job Summary: |
The Lead Qualified is accountable for evaluating the eligibility of incoming leads, collecting and evaluating data pertaining to potential clients. |
Key Responsibilities: |
Reports to the Sales Manager/Marketing Manager/Operations Manager regarding the productivity under the Operations Department, the challenges encountered with their respective action plan, and strategies to be developed or implemented; Specific Responsibilities: a. Screen and qualify potential sales leads with the intent of purchasing services; b. Collect business information of Amazon or other sellers; c. Update Freshsales & Monday status of each prospect including providing legal names and address, and other contact information; d. Lead generation and other relevant market research; e. Availability to take on other projects; f.In contact with potential clients to gather important data related to personal or business information, as well as providing customer support when needed; g. Provide accuracy of customer data in order to provide quality leads to the Business Development Team; h. Utilize lead qualification criteria to ensure accuracy and consistency with client data; i. Maintain file for both qualified and unqualified leads in the sales cycle for references; j. Reach and surpass key performance measures such as the number of qualified opportunities; k. Helping manage Freshsales & Monday by opting bad leads, deleting duplicate leads, merging leads, updating lead status and enrolling new leads: Turn 40 leads into: 30 semi qualified, and 15 qualified per day; Update contact details (email address, phone number, website, Amazon Store/Product Links); l. Other related duties. |
Competencies: |
Education: At least a Diploma in any discipline; Skills and Work Experiences: No experience required. |
