Cold Call Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
The Cold Call Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, scheduling call for the sales team and assisting with the sales process. This role will be working closely with the sales team. The incumbent should have a can-do attitude on relationship building and creating opportunities and exploring growth potential.  
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Sales Manager regarding the productivity under the Operations Department, the challenges encountered with their respective action plan, and strategies to be developed or implemented;

Specific Responsibilities:
a. Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships;
b. Building and maintaining a database with potentially interested prospects and following up on future business opportunities;
c. Tracking and reporting on account activity;
d. Making outbound calls/processing inbound calls to achieve weekly and monthly goals;
e. Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales Team;
f. Setting demo schedules for the Sales team;
g. Email Marketing and follow-ups;
h. Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients;
Other related duties.  
Competencies:
Education: At least a Diploma in any discipline;
Work Experiences: 
Skills:
a. Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist.
b. Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
c.Motivated, Driven, Tech Savvy, Sociable Go Getters (No experience required, we will train the right candidate)
d. Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
e. Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
f. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
