Job Summary:
The Website Developer role is a strategic position concerning data integrity of key company functions. The incumbent shall be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly websites in accordance to company standards, possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills. The role holder has the ability to provide guidance in problem-solving, critical thinking and an understanding of complex system dependencies essential to the enablement of the IT Manager when processes are broken and its effects to key data points.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the IT Manager/Operations Manager regarding the productivity under the Operations Department, the challenges encountered with their respective action plan, and strategies to be developed or implemented;

Specific Responsibilities:
a. Create and design websites in WordPress;
b. Upkeep Basilio Inc’s website;
c. Take necessary changes and keep the website functional healthy and continuously build the page;
d. Do plugin maintenance;Install/update and/or retire old plugins;
e. Communicate effectively with peers, managers to accomplish projects;
f. Manage tasks in Asana or any task tracking tool used in the company;
g. Be available for all Team Syncs and important organizational meetings;
h. Reporting to your Director and/or assigned Team Lead/Manager;
i. All of the above are subject to change as business has evolving needs; 
j. Other related duties.  
Competencies:
Education: At least a Diploma in any discipline;
Skills and Work Experiences: 
a. Create and design websites in WordPress;
b. Upkeep company website;
c. Take necessary changes and keep the website functional healthy and continuously build the page;
d. Do plugin maintenance;
e. Install/update and/or retire old plugins;
f. Communicate effectively with peers, managers to accomplish projects;
g. Manage tasks in Monday or any task tracking tool used in the company;
h. Be available for all Team Syncs and important organizational meetings;
i. Reporting to your Director and/or assigned Team Lead/Manager;All of j. the above are subject to change as business has evolving needs.
