Social Media Documentation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Social Media Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining documentation related to social media systems and processes. This will include writing SOPs, creating flow charts, and troubleshooting social media documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. The incumbent will serve as a primary technical resource for updates to the relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Sales Manager/Marketing Manager/Operations Manager regarding the productivity under the Operations Department, the challenges encountered with their respective action plan, and strategies to be developed or implemented;

Specific Responsibilities:
a. Identify the need for, and create documents related to Social Media systems and processes;
b. Document Social Media processes such as business requirements, design reviews, system setup, configuration, user access, and security;
c. Write SOPs to ensure processes are well documented;
d. Create flow charts and other visuals to improve readability;
e. Review and monitor documentation for accuracy and changes as needed;
f. Respond promptly to requests for updates or new documents;
g. Stay up to date on Social Media system processes and trends;
h. Train a small team as needed on how documentations were created. (Able to take documentation that’s been created and train a team of process additions or changes, including preparing presentation materials to conduct training.);
 i. Other related duties.  
Education: At least a Diploma in any discipline;

Skills and Work Experiences: 
a. 1+  years of experience in a similar role;
b. Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal;
c. Ability to multitask and prioritize;
d. Proven ability to understand and write technical documents;
e. In-depth knowledge of Social Media systems and processes;Hands-on experience with Social Media Platforms: BitChute, Buzzsprout, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Podchaser, Publer, Rumble, Pinterest, Streamyard, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter) and/or VidIQ;
f. Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, and Social Media platforms;
g. Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry;
h. Expert in problem-solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies
