As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Basilio Inc, you hold the quality bar on everything that ships to clients. You sit inside the Client, Operations & Leadership team, own your results, and are measured on what you move, not hours logged.
Basilio Inc is a growth and marketing company that builds and runs brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and the open web. We hire operators, train them on proven systems, and give them real accounts to run. This is a remote-first, outcome-owned role for someone who wants to do the best work of their career on brands that are actually scaling.
What You Will Own
- Review deliverables against brand, brief, and compliance before they ship
- Catch errors, inconsistencies, and risks across teams
- Maintain checklists and standards that keep quality repeatable
- Feed patterns back to the teams to prevent repeats
- Keep communication, timelines, and documentation clean across teams
- Spot risk early and act before it reaches the client
- Improve the systems and standards the whole team runs on
A Typical Week
- Move your core metrics: defects caught before delivery and error rate on shipped work
- Hands-on execution in QA checklists, Google Workspace, PM tools
- Sync with every service division, plus clients at the decision-maker level and report progress
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 to 60 days: you are fully ramped on your accounts and tools and already moving defects caught before delivery
- Ongoing: you consistently hit target on defects caught before delivery and error rate on shipped work
- You leave every account, campaign, or project measurably better than you found it

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
2 to 4 years in quality assurance, editing, or delivery review.

Who You Will Work With
You work alongside every service division, plus clients at the decision-maker level. You report to your department lead and partner directly with account teams and, where the role calls for it, clients.
Working With AI (Required)
AI experience is required for this role. You are fluent with ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), comfortable running models through OpenRouter and open models such as Qwen, and you write clear, effective prompts. Most of the work at Basilio Inc is AI-augmented, so you use AI to work faster and sharper every day while owning the judgment, accuracy, and final result yourself.
Use AI for reporting, summaries, planning, and communication support. You own client outcomes, quality, and judgment, and you verify AI output before it reaches a client or a decision.
